Harding House is a modern bed and breakfast with a classic past. Built in the mid-nineteenth century, your home away from home is traditional and gracious in its proportions. Rooms are designed for comfort with large, double-paned windows, lots of natural light and hardwood floors warmed with barefoot-friendly wool rugs. Some rooms are equipped with working-sized desks while others offer lounging or rocking chairs that you’ll want to sink into with a great book and a cup of our complimentary hot cocoa, tea or coffee.

All rates listed are based upon single occupancy, and there is a $20 nightly surcharge for each additional guest. Special event rates, peak rates and policies may apply for events such as Commencement Season from Mid May to early June or The Head of the Charles Regatta in mid October. Rates are subject to change without notice, and vary depending upon the season, size of room, number of guests and private or shared bath. There is an additional 14.45% room occupancy tax applied to all rates.
We have only two rooms with shared bath. Rooms with shared bath are not eligible for discounts.
